Let's face it, we all came here for the insane drumming, blurry drive-by riffery, and the dog vocals. If you ignore the overlong intros and the cringey deist-satanist praise and worship bits, 10/10. Even viewed through a more jaundiced, modern lens, Chronizon still bangs like nobody's business.
Maybe 'Words That Go Unspoken...' is technically a better album, that doesn't change the fact that Leviathan is my go to song for introducing people to the band. 2003 and it still holds up, enough said. Ghuughra

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
On the forthcoming Tombs album "All Empires Fall," the band expands their scope and range, balancing brutal riffs with melancholy melodies. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 29, 2016
